Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using Ommogl, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What Ommogl provides

Ommogl provides a browser-based local appearance scan that estimates a visual score from camera framing, lighting, and face-feature signals. The site is for entertainment, self-presentation feedback, and general visual experimentation.

3. No professional advice

Ommogl does not provide medical, psychological, biometric, identity, employment, dating, security, or professional advice. Scores and tiers are automated estimates and should not be treated as objective truth or as a decision-making tool.

4. Camera permission

You are responsible for deciding whether to grant camera permission. You must not use the camera check to scan another person without their permission. Do not use Ommogl where camera use would violate law, workplace rules, school rules, platform rules, or another person’s privacy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse engineer protected services, overload the service, or use it to harass, shame, threaten, or discriminate against others.

6. Third-party links and services

Ommogl may link to third-party services, including Esrok protection services. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, eligibility, and availability. Ommogl is not responsible for third-party websites or services.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Ommogl at any time. Features may not work on every browser, device, network, or camera.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Ommogl is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the site will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for your specific purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ommogl and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from your use of or inability to use the site.
